So I never got my treatment. Came there at 11 for my appointment, the salon was closed. Couple of minutes after a woman comes up to me telling that all the employees are standing on the other side of the road because NOBODY has the keys, said they’ve been waiting for an hour already. Asked me to wait for “a little bit” and that she’ll give me a call, I told her I have to be somewhere at 2. She said she’ll find a time. I spend an hour in a cafe around the corner waiting for the call. After an hour and 15’ when I gave up she calls saying - no, we have no time today. Well since I was there first, maybe, just maybe I should’ve been prioritised to other clients? Maybe they should’ve offered a discount for the inconvenience they’ve put me through? Or done anything at all to prevent this review from happening. Ridiculous and rude attitude, never again am I coming here. Oh, and ladies, read the reviews on google, after I done that I’m happy I never got a haircut here.
