Perfect as always! I travel all the way from Wimblendon for this salon. Nearly 4 weeks after my appointment now and my bio gel still looking good. Worth the journey every time!

Serious concerns about hygiene. The beautician used the same wooden stick over and over - it wasn't even clear if a new wooden stick had been used for me (or sitting there from the person before?). The pot of wax was definitely from the person before. I would feel much more comfortable if a fresh and CLEAN pot of wax was used for each customer; and if a new application stick was used every time wax was applied to my body. It made me feel really uncomfortable that the same stick was used for applications all over. I won't be going back.
