Serious concerns about hygiene. The beautician used the same wooden stick over and over - it wasn't even clear if a new wooden stick had been used for me (or sitting there from the person before?). The pot of wax was definitely from the person before. I would feel much more comfortable if a fresh and CLEAN pot of wax was used for each customer; and if a new application stick was used every time wax was applied to my body. It made me feel really uncomfortable that the same stick was used for applications all over. I won't be going back.

Very efficient and quick, and good quality Hollywood wax. The lady was lovely and made me feel very relaxed, as did the soft music and lighting in the room itself. Will definitely book again.
