I have been going to Adam’s for a few months, and he is really helping get my sore back and neck get back to normal! He always picks up on the areas that need most work, and I leave feeling relaxed. He is really chill and easygoing so I will continue to have regular treatments with him!
If you're like me (or anyone else who sits too much and stretches too little) - you're in for a real treat with Adam. He is super knowledgable and approaches every session with a mix of deep tissue massage, pressure points and muscle stretches that addresses all your aches and pains.
