An amazing massage. My past injuries were taken into account which helped to taylor the experience well to my body. I left feeling refreshed and realigned. Will definitely be going back soon!

Adam's a talented massage therapist who I've gone to for numerous deep tissue/sports massages ( with standard office-body, posture issues, aches and pains) - his style is therapeutic, varied and productive as opposed to simply relaxing or spa-like. Adam is a pro at adapting the technique to address the muscular issues/pain that you share but also the issues that he's able to perceive. Great value for money as the effects are felt beyond the 60 or 90 minute span.
