I went with severe pain in my shoulder. Adam did work on my shoulder but also lots of other parts! It was intense but he was very mindful also. Have felt massive relief since and would go back with any other issues.

Adam puts you immediately at ease and obviously has a really thorough knowledge of the body. Although I went without any specific areas of focus in mind, I came out feeling completely sorted and he'd be be great for those looking for more sports-focussed massage.

It was a good deep tissue massage. Although I booked a full body massage I was given upper back which I liked it as I relieved a lot of tension.

Brilliant massage from Adam! I made a last minute booking after finally deciding to do something about my dodgy shoulder.
Travelled from South London after reading other great reviews (well deserved) and I am glad I did! I can really feel the difference the massage has made, whilst it was intense at times it was also really relaxing. Adam was knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
