I booked my appointment very last minute but Adam asked the right questions to work out what needed working on and it really helped with my lower back problems.

Adam is not messing about. His style of massage is designed to help solve problems and that can be more intense than relaxing but, hey, if you wanted candlelight and Enya, I’m sure he’d oblige too. I often feel both physically and emotionally fixed after I’ve been to see him. One of my heroes! Plus he’s cool.

Adam is incredible, I have been getting regular massages with him for a long time and I can’t recommend him enough. Each massage is tailored to my needs (hello chronic tight shoulders) his technique and approach is intuitive, sensitive and strong whilst also being grounded in an excellent knowledge & understanding of the body.
