The place is very clean and Safron the owner is always very welcoming and you feel you are in a safe environment. In terms of the treatments l use the infrared roller and then the infrared sauna. Although l have only just starting l am already noticing a difference, as my body is starting to tone up. Also since using the sauna my face is brighter and smoother and it is easing the chronic pains in my legs. I would definitely recommend these treatments.
