Staff was friendly and pleasant. Unhappy with hidden extra of £1 for a towel considering its mandatory to shower before a float. This was an annoyance especially considering the price. The towel I was given was coarse. No bottled water or tap water source in the float room - surely this must be an essential. Shower was dirty. I floated in >10 places. The staff were friendly and the pod was perfect. Main faults lie with the lack of attention to detail around the client experience.

Lovely experience, excellent staff, the only thing which bugged me was that it wasn't easy to find on the skyline village estate.
Maybe should consider adding some more visible signs.
