It was a good experience. I would recommend it to friends & family. I was not too sure what was in the water, it burns the eyes. The lady that showed me to the room was very helpful, however she didn't speak clear English so I was slightly confused but maybe that was just me! all in all I did enjoy the experience.

Staff was incredibly helpful after informing them that I would be running late.
They has everything ready for me and even let me stay for the full hour, which they didn’t have to do considering I was the last one on a Saturday evening!

The room is dirty and the flotation tank has a layer of grime around it where the water has sat. The place itself is not nice, the reception has a ripped sofa and I sat for 25 minutes and no staff were present. You have to pay to use a towel when clearly it is mandatory to shower. I wouldn’t recommend this place, it was not a relaxing experience. I have done floating before and love it but wouldn’t come here again.

Lovely and friendly staff. Pods are well maintained and the environment is very clean.
All the necessaries are provided too. You can show up with only your clothes and everything is ready to go.
5 Star guys, great experience.
