We found it easy to park at the centre. Had a lovely understanding welcome as we turned up late! The rooms are nice and clean. The reason why I didn’t give it full 5 stars was because I found the shower took really long to heat up, the ‘music’ we were advised to listen to was really more noises of nature and very difficult to hear especially with the earplugs in to keep out the water. Also, I used the ear plugs as I found them myself but my husband didn’t see them and didn’t end up using them which affected his experience. The intro to using the pods was rushed but then that could also be because we were running late! Overall really good and I would definitely recommend.

I truly enjoyed my first floating experience. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Each stage was explained clearly and I felt comfortable and relaxed. I recommend it highly.

I wasn't quite what to expect although I had read about floatation. There was no rush, just a quiet calm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who isn't claustrophobic??
