Still haven’t been as the spa cancelled for the second time.
Can’t get a refund as I booked through treatwell
Terrible customer service
Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful! Location was nice, countryside, rolling hills. All in all, a pleasant stay!
The hotel felt cold and the sauna temperature was low (this was rectified later in the day)
Having said that, the spa day was very good value despite the cold air. My friends and I each had 2 x 25 min treatments and lunch (which was lovely)
It’s certainly not a luxury spa but great value
Having experienced quite a few spa days at various venues, this one ranked among the best for value for money. Very friendly, helpful staff from the man on Reception to barman taking lunch order. Arrived around 10 to spend morning using spa facilities then lunch outside in sunny courtyard and treatments at 3pm. Had a body brush and facial which was excellent and particularly relaxing because the therapist didn't chat throughout it (has happened at other spas!). Will definitely return.
Great experience , could do with a few more chairs . Became very busy around 4pm with hotel guests . Will go back as good value for money .
