We visited for a spa day last Sunday and had a very enjoyable day. We were very lucky as there were no other spa bookings but please note hotel and gym guests also use the facilities so at times can get busy especially the jacuzzi.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our afternoon tea and drinks were really nice. We had a relaxing day but I do think if there were other spa parties booked in this would have been different.

Decent place, but apparently was told late that there was no available slot for treatment like 40mins
The staff were very friendly and kind. There were children around but it is a family hotel. The pool area was very slippy which was a bit of a hazard! But the massage and facial were enjoyable and relaxing and overall it was a bargain day.
Told we could join in with the Aqua fit class when arranging the booking and our names added to group but on the day told that members had booked all the available places -so we couldn't join in which was disappointing. Sauna was not working and the pool very cold - no way was it 29 degrees which we overheard a member of staff tell someone on the phone. Understand from members that they have had problems with boiler for some time and no end in sight to rectify.
