Staff are really friendly and there was a good service all round. The food for our afternoon tea was really good! The only bad thing is pool area was far too hot to sit in comfortably for more than 5 minutes!
The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout the day. The sauna and steam facilities were limited and also the sauna was unavailable which was a shame.
Had a lovely day, the facial was really good and my skin felt great after. It was very peaceful and relaxing.
I WENT HERE WITH MY HUSBAND AS A TREAT FOR THE DAY ON ARRIVAL WE WERE TOLD WERE THINGS WERE BUT NOT VERY CLEARLY THE SWIMMING POOL VERY SMALL HOT TUB SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM ARE ALL DOWN STAIRS YOU HAVE TO WALK OUT INTO RECEPIONT AND GO UPSTAIRS IN A GOWN FOR TREATMENT OR USE OF GYM ,THE MASSAGE I HAD WAS NOT VERY GOOD THE MASSAGE MY HUSBAND HAD WAS BY A 8MTH PREGNANT LADY NOT IN UNIFORM ALSO NOT VERY GOOD ,IN THE POOL AREA THEY WAS A WATER AROBIC CLASS GOING ON SO COULD NOT GRT IN POOL THEY WERE VERY LOUD SO ENDED UP WITH A HEAD ACHE THE POOL IS SMALL AND 153 MT DEEP THE MENS CHANGE ROOMS NOT VERY CLEAN SO NOT A NICE EXPERIANCE THE WEB SITE IS VERY MISSLEADING WILL NOT BE USEING THIS PLACE AGAIN ALSO IT IS THE LOCAL GYM
