Had a lovely relaxing time until about 3:30 when the pool turned into a noisy children's 'splashpool'. I have no problem with children having fun, but not what you epext at a spa. I did find the spa area to be quite run down and in need of some urgent attention. The railings were dripping with rust which I found quite disgusting. The lunch and treatments were lovely - no complaints there.
Went to relax and I did just that. The staff were nice, the food at the restaurant was hot though it took ages for us to get our meal. I have honestly nothing negative to say

Pleasant experience overall, good gym space, sauna was great, steam room and showers could do with an upgrade as they were a bit rusty dusty. Treatment was nice too, ask for Julia!
pool area not too bad but spa area very old fashioned and dingy. Spent quite a long time waiting for treatments as they had over run. Pedicure was average, no pumice stones though?? I would not recommend this spa to a friend.
