My friends and I enjoyed using the facilities, nice and clean and not very busy. However, we all had a different massage experience depending on who did your massage, 2 of us had the same person and, although it was a nice massage, we didn't feel as though we had the same level of friendliness and expertise as our friend who had a different person.
Lovely day. Aromatherapy massage by Julia was excellent. Lunch was good but eating it in the main reception area was not so good as pretty cold and large TV with football was on. However, the girl at the bar did turn it off for us once a group of men at the other side of barcleft.
Would go again.
My experience was fabulous! I could not fault the facilities and the staff, they were friendly and attentive. My therapist was amazing. I had a Neck, Back and Shoulder Massage and I was thoroughly relaxed during this process. I would recommend going mid week as I went on a Thursday and the spa was very quiet and not too busy! Could not fault the experience!
