My therapist was well meaning but I'm sad to that say that the treatment was pretty rushed and approximate - lots of hair left and she waxed over a mole making it bleed. I have only had good experiences here so far, so it's very disappointing to be honest. I won't be coming back.

Worst ever. been waxing a long time & this experience was extremely painful. Bikini hot wax was done in one big strip instead of smaller patches. Wondering if she’s qualified?
