I’ve been getting a wax for many years now and this has been one of the worst experiences. It was very painful.

Awful experience. Her idea was to do a Hollywood in 4 chunks - top, sides and back. I told her no to do it in smaller areas and she only heeded me after I told her 3 times. Dips the stick multiple times in the pot which is something I hate. Threw the wax into a bin across the room. Pokey wee room. Nothing to cover yourself up or protect your clothes and at the end there was SO MUCH HAIR left over I had to point it out again and again. Needless to say I won’t be going back. I’d like a refund!

Absolutely horrible. She was rough and rushed the wax. Didn’t use powder, put on too much wax on a large area instead of smaller patches, let it dry too much.
Would like to get my money back to be honest
