The worst wax experience I’ve ever had. She was very rough and it’s almost like she didn’t know what she was doing. My friend was also bleeding

I booked a package, but wanted to change to just a Hollywood. I tried WhatsApp and Instagram to get in contact with them and had no response, so went to the appointment and explained in person. They just did the Hollywood and gave me an email address to contact to get a refund for the rest. I’ve had no response from 2 emails, 5 different messages on WhatsApp and 3 on instagram. They don’t have a phone number to call. Would be very wary booking with these guys as they don’t seem to know how to run a business, and don’t care about customers at all.

Unfortunately I must amend my review as this place has decided to charge £50 for bikini waxes which I cannot justify seeing as you have to pay for add ons to wax around areas anyway. Therefore as nice as it was to have this as my usual place for over 2 years, I’ve decided to take my money elsewhere. I suggest others do the same.

I tried to cancel my booking after making just 15 min ago. I whatsapped them, phoned them and emailed them for 3 days ongoing before the appointment. No answer and no response. I decided to go as I made the payment already. Got there, asked them why you can’t get hold of them and their response was ‘we don’t deal with calls, the manager does’ ? Really? How weird as the ladies at Wax it is receiving customers and clearly calls. I went in there despite everything and was hoping for a positive outcome. I asked if its sore (as I was looking for empathy) and she said yes, pulling a face. It was such a rushed process, 3 X more painfully than a previous service I’ve used. After the session they asked me for payment as they can’t see payment on their system so I asked my husband to send over proof of payment and they swiftly let me go saying ‘ oh thats fine’ ??? This service has caused me anxiety and I left feeling in actual pain. Don’t make use of them, they only respond once you’ve gone for your session as I assume this way you can’t get your money back! I never leave reviews but this needs to be seen by anyone planning on booking at this company.
