Beauty therapist waxed me without much care and looked like she didn’t want to be there. The bin was left open so I can see previous customers used waxes. Just felt like I was a number going through the door. I won’t be going back

Having a Hollywood wax is super intrusive for some so being comfortable is a must, the person who did mine didn’t make me feel comfortable or talk me through the procedure. There was no atmosphere. The wax was rushed and they really hurt me by forcing the wax off. Wouldn’t go back ever again!
