Have been here many times, it’s no frills but quick and convenient. However my experience this time wasn’t great - no prep of the area or aloe applied afterwards, just talcum powder which I had to try and wipe off after. The wax was applied in large strips so really pulled on removal…to the extent I have discovered I’m bruised. And she went over the same area with more wax which really burnt.

The Hollywood wax was quite painful but at least it was quick. She was kind of rough with it and basically just ended up giving me a strip wax. I agree with the other reviews not sure the lady was qualified? Wish you could choose which therapist to book. You can get a much nicer wax for less money elsewhere don’t think I’ll be coming back.
