I always come here as the previous lady did the quickest and most pain free waxes - that has now changed. She used half strip half hot wax when I paid for a hot wax, and as a result it was the most painful wax I’ve ever had. I was bruised for a week after and when I commented that it was more painful than usual she said it was because my hair was quite long - it had been 5 weeks since my last wax. A painful experience and I found Valencia to be quite rude - will have to find a new venue.

Possibly one of the most painful experiences of my life. Have been getting a regular Hollywood wax for a while now and never had something as awful as this. Worse still I’ve come out with an infection a day later and am in more pain. This should not have happened. Have now paid extra money in medication so I should have just paid full price and gone to a proper place. Will not be returning.
