I found the experience more painful than usual as the technician pulled the wax off a bit too slowly. She also got most of the hair but not all of it.

She accused me, very rudely, of being late to start off with - which I wasn't, she had muddled me up with her previous client. She didn't even say sorry when she realised her mistake! Throughout the treatment it felt like I was in the reception area still - could hear everything going on - so don't think she even shut the door properly to give me any privacy. To top it off it was one of the more painful waxes I've received. Overall - not great value for money.

Nice facilities but even arriving on time the whole thing felt rushed - I think it was last app of the day. They said to request 10 mins from Treatwell next time as 5 just isn't enough. Overall good result, just didn't feel at ease.

Couldn’t find it, it’s not where it says it is on google maps unless it’s invisible, I got to where it said it was 20 minutes before my appointment and spent twenty minutes wandering around the area trying to find it to no success!
