Initially I was confused on arrival because it was a dentist's office, but soon realised Just Wax It rent a room there. The dentist and waiting area is all very modern and professional. The actual waxing was extremely quick. The technician used hot wax/soft wax for sensitive areas too which was great because you get better results and it hurts less!
The technician was going extremely quickly probably to make up time, but it was fine because she did a good job. When i arrived they were running about 15 mins late which is ok but if you've allocated a set time to have your appointment during your lunch break it would probably be an issue if you were planning to wax more than the small area i did.
The only other thing, which isnt really a reflection on the waxing service, but the dentist staff who were on reception that greet you and check you in were sitting there complaining about other staff members and I just felt like it was extremely unprofessional and made myself and another customer feel a bit uncomfortable sitting there in the waiting area.
All in all, would definitely go back!
