I just wanted to tidy up my hair but when I arrived home I've realised my fringe has been cut too much on the sides. I have a very wide and weird fringe now, I'm so sad.

I had a good experience at the salon. Everyone was friendly and kind and made me feel very welcome. My colour came out beautifully. The length of my cut came a lot shorter than I anticipated but I’ve had loss of compliments on it and I feel it really suits me. The staff are clearly great at noticing what suits their clients.

It's quite loud and noisy so not the most relaxing environment, but the hairdresser was very friendly and quick; I was done in about 10 minutes. Good value for money.
