The owner was not aware of my booking. This meant that the room was not prepared and only lucky that Jane was able to do the waxing. The wax was too hot when I entered, the room was not clean, I was worried of the cleanliness and whether the room had been cleaned from the last booking. I will never go back here again. Jane was very friendly enough and accommodated. She did a good job but I could not focus as I was worried about whether the wax would be too hot or the room had been clean.

No magazine was offered so I had to stare at a wall for over a hour and the price of the pedicure did not include nail polish. Really disappointed.
Pedicure
The treatment itself was value for money and well done. However, the room wasn't prepared by my appointment time and so I had to wait half an hour. The staff seemed disorganised but friendly.
Treatment by Adimas•Brazilian Waxing
Most of the staff barely speak english so I had about 4 different members of staff come over to me when I arrived for my appointment before someone finally realised why I was there - they all looked very confused as if they had no one booked in. The eyelash tint itself was not great. The girl got the dye all over my eyes, I could constantly feel her rubbing at them with cotton wool buds which wasn't pleasant and after the treatment I had stains under and above my lash line. However I did have a Brazilian blow dry here afterwards that I purchased through groupon which was actually really good. The womans name was sylvie and she was lovely.
