this time I had owner what a mistake he spoke over me non stop in different language while cutting he answered his phone at least 8 times he spoke to some of his staff awfully which as a client uncomfortable to say least ...my colour is odd way too warm on top and greyish on bottom the blowdry was great but when I washed and straightened myself its not right ....I would go again but to some of the other staff who got it right ...
