Previously was charged £30 for half head perm. This time were about to charge me £60 which is for full perm. Reminded them I paid £30 previously. I only wanted a perm but he went on to cut my hair first,far too short. My hair is as I went in with, not permed at all.
They also charged me £10 for a cut I didn’t,ask for. Stripped any colour I had for no reason as there isn’t even a perm there.
