Jack’s hair cuts can never fail me and he works like lightening but at the same time relaxed and calm- somehow it’s all done before I’ve flicked through to the end of a magazine
I'm very happy with my haircut, but I found the experience really stressful and probably wouldn't come back and do it again. My hairdresser really didn't speak a lot of English and I felt really awkward because it's just the kind of scenario where you want someone to understand you so that you leave with your hair intact! No one seemed to know I had booked an appointment and I was ushered to the back of the room where I sat there awkwardly and the rest of my time was spent feeling anxious as no one actually sat me down to ask what haircut I wanted.
My haircut wasn't with the person the initial booking said it would be. The combs used hadn't been cleaned after the last person, which was just not very nice.
They seemed to have overbooked and just didn't have enough staff to handle the demand.
That being said, the haircut is very nice, so I would say this is a great budget option, but that they should really work on customer experience and cleanliness.
