Amazing place. The whole place was so clean, you cannot find any dirt anywhere. This was an example of pure luxury. It was not busy at all in fact we almost had the whole place to ourselves. After this experience I would definitely consider going back.

Absolutely beautiful spa and good facilities. The staff were always on hand and helpful. Food was lovely but expensive. Unfortunately the heated beds weren't working on our visit. Would definitely recommend and will return.

I actually went to this spa after it first opened (but was not given the option for that on the scroll down date menu). Very clean, changing rooms were good, staff freindly - the only thing was the hydro pool wasn't working on the day we visited. We were however given a complimentary voucher to return but it ran out before we had a chance to book :-( We had the two-person mud treatment which we both enjoyed and then had a chilled out afternoon. I liked the calming atmosphere and the 'new' feel of the spa. :-)

Absolutely fantastic value and superb day out with a large group. We were showed around each facility and had gowns and slippers already laid out ready for us. Complimentary tea on arrival and atmosphere was amazing, a real tonic for 10 tired nurses.

I recently visited this spa before the school term started; being a teacher is very stressful and I wanted to kick start the year with some relaxation. I was very impressed with the facilities. When a spa states 'State of art facilities', I always wonder actually how true this is but at Imagine Spa it definitely was. My treatments were amazing and my therapist (whose name I can't remember) was brilliant. I have very notty shoulders and not only did she release this with a deep tissue massage, she offered to incorporate hot stones....Heaven! The location was a little hard to find so ended up running late but the team was so helpful and friendly, I soon forgot about my journey! I am now looking forward to the next half term so I can return!
