The spa was really enjoyable and the experience, would love to go again.
The direction to the spa was very confusing and we did get lost but finally found that the spa was in the hotel. The Only disappointing factor was the price of the food!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG people ....... ALL I CAN SAY IS BRING YOUR OWN PACK LUNCH..... YOUR GOING TO NEED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
But apart from that it was a wonderful day out had by all.

Second time I have been to Imagine Spa would thoroughly recommend it perfect place to just chill. This time had no treatments but still plenty to enjoy-lovely hydrotherapy pool, steam room and sauna. Take a book find a bed and just relax. Parking included just need to get your ticket validated. Had a massage the previous time really good. Only criticism the relaxation room with the tea is upstairs would be better to have this area near the pool.

My Mum and I have just come back from this heavenly spa :D
It has been an amazing day out, totally relaxing!
We didn't have any treatment, just spent a lovely time floating between hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, mineral grotto and the relaxation area. Got too relaxed to visit the gym but it looked good! Lunch was nice as well.
Staff is very nice and facilities are great- 5* !!
Shame there's no swimming pool and it's really quite far for us.
Note- it's not actually at Heathrow Terminal 5 but couple of miles away and you need to take a bus <and a pricey one it is!>...
But if you live nearby and drive it's definitely worth paying a visit !!

A lovely place. The ambiance and setting is very beautiful and helps to make the day very relaxing. The staff are very accommodating and the facilities are all brand new. I especially liked the sauna and the steam room, which were both very spacious indeed and overlooked the pool. The gym is a little small, but has some good equipment in there so you can get a good all round workout if you like. The changing rooms are a little small but overall the whole place makes for a very relaxing day out. Must say I enjoyed it.

The first thing to mention is that this hotel in not in the airport and the postcode on the voucher is not recognised by satnav! Make sure you type in the road name if you make a visit otherwise you will get lost like we did. The spa is new and I think there are a couple of things that could be addressed to make the experience even better:
1) the changing room consists of a bench ie there are no cubicles.
2) there are no bins so used water cups were left by the pool etc and lots of used slippers left lying about
3) the massage stated in the brochure involved a head massage which our therapists didn't perform?
4) we were not offered any herbal tea
Having said that the hydrotherapy pool was great, you can have the jaccuzzi jets on as much as you like and the steam and sauna rooms were good and on all the time. We weren't rushed by any of the staff and we could have stayed until closing, or so it seemed. Lovely hot water in the shower and shampoo and conditioner was provided which was an added bonus. Plus hair dryers. Overall a really enjoyable experience which did leave me relaxed, but I don't like I would have wanted to pay any more for it due to the above but as is great value for money.
