This was our second visit for spa day with afternoon tea. As with our first visit, we had a lovely day. The spa facilities are fantastic, it's clean and has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Not all of the machinery was working - the poolside showers and heat chairs for example, which was a shame. Treatments also fully booked the day we went so would recommend booking in advance if you can.
Absolutely amazing, could not have got a better treatment in such a low price. Will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. The staff are also soo helpful and caring.
We really enjoyed the time spent there. The only thing is the jet water fountain wasn't working which was a let down.
Facilites were brilliant and the staff were lovely and friendly.
We were given a tour around which was very helpful and even given a free glass of bubbly each. The only down points I have is that the 2 jets in the pool were not working and neither was 1 of the showers. Apart from that it was lovely❤
On arrival we were told that we should have telephoned in advance to confirm our visit. We've never had to do that before.
