Been here a few times & i am never disappointed! The staff are friendly & polite. The spa is very clean with excellent facilities. There is a lovely choice of food available in the restaurant, i would recommend the afternoon tea!
Overall really happy with my visit . The facilities were good and the staff were helpful. My one complaint was that robes and towels were left on loungers instead of being hung up making loungers unavailable. Enjoyed an excellent afternoon tea.
The place in general was very nice, very friendly staff but the hydrotherapy pool is too small, you can't actually swim at all and there was so many people coming in it was overcrowded. There was only about 6 beds round the pool so there wasn't enough places for everyone to sit. Not good value.
We had a lovely day at the spa with a fantastic massage.
We found that there were not enough beds to relax on and in the showers the complimentary toiletries were not working, it would also be nice to have some extras in the bathrooms like hand creams.

Was very good. Staff were very helpful. The only thing the tropical shower was not working.
