Overall really happy with my visit . The facilities were good and the staff were helpful. My one complaint was that robes and towels were left on loungers instead of being hung up making loungers unavailable. Enjoyed an excellent afternoon tea.

The place in general was very nice, very friendly staff but the hydrotherapy pool is too small, you can't actually swim at all and there was so many people coming in it was overcrowded. There was only about 6 beds round the pool so there wasn't enough places for everyone to sit. Not good value.

We had a lovely day at the spa with a fantastic massage.
We found that there were not enough beds to relax on and in the showers the complimentary toiletries were not working, it would also be nice to have some extras in the bathrooms like hand creams.

This was our second visit for spa day with afternoon tea. As with our first visit, we had a lovely day. The spa facilities are fantastic, it's clean and has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Not all of the machinery was working - the poolside showers and heat chairs for example, which was a shame. Treatments also fully booked the day we went so would recommend booking in advance if you can.
