Lovely spa afternoon with facial & afternoon tea. Great service, fantastic facial, loved the outside spa bath! The food was really good and nice friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and go again.

The outside hot tub area was not clean, old furniture, it was tired. Did not like the unisex changing area. It is very small. Not clean and very tired again. The spa was excellent. Lunch was lovely and service was excellent.

Our initial impression was not good. However once we got past the awful changing rooms that are unisex which is ok but they let the whole spa down. Needs complete refurbishment. Showers are a trickle of water. Cubicles need to be bigger with more space.
Vitality pool is fabulous. Our therapist Jennifer was really good and the short treatment went so fast. Wished we had an hour! The lunch was lovely. The restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the rooms could do with a bit of updating. The staff were very friendly and the afternoon tea and food in the restaurant was very nice, we both had spa treatments which were very relaxing and Bashia the beauty therapist was lovely. All in all we had a lovely stay and would recommend to others.
