I had a pleasant experience . The changing area was mixed which I wasn't aware, Steam & swimming pool area wss busy . The jacuzzi was disappointing as it was cold. For what the morning cost including lunch & massage it's reasonable 😊

The outside area at the front of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained, which creates a great first impression. However, the conditions and cleanliness inside the hotel were a real let down. The large glass front door entrance dirty, cobwebs on chandeliers, the stair carpets old, dirty and damaged. The superior room was more like double room, the towels felt damp, my robe had a ripped pocket and belt holder, plates at breakfast felt gritty … the hotel needs a thorough clean and updating
