This place needs to be closed and renovated completely. I don’t think they’ve done anything since the 90’s. It has a communal changing room that’s too small and dirty and there’s water leaking all over the place. The pool and the outside area has fake wooden floors so are dirty and slippery. The outside area hadn’t been swept. The water jug has a couple of bits of apple floating and plastic cups. The treatment rooms are up by the bedrooms with terrible lighting and very old wallpaper.

Friendly staff, well presented hotel and spa at first glance but when you look closer, deep cleaning all round is required. Pool and jacuzzi water was merky and there weren't enough sun beds for everyone. Our room (18) was nice but broken door handle to the bathroom, the phone didn't work for reception, only tea available with the kettle and the shower didn't drain very well.
The food was really good for both the afternoon tea and the breakfast, very much enjoyed!
