The venue was great for us, being an hour from London. The meet and great was fine, the spa was good but a little tired and could do with a tidy-up in some areas. The bar and restaurant staff were really good, lead by Mo who couldn’t do enough for us during our stay.

The spa is in need of a refurb. It’s tired and the basics need attending to. Toilet out of order, no loo roll in either cubicle and the massage towels are always slightly damp despite being clean. It has such potential but the experience is disappointing despite some dedicated and excellent staff
