massage was amazing! However, no staff around in the spa if we had a query. Wasnt keen on the mixed changing room.

The spa is a bit run down, light in the sauna not working, changing room floaded.
General feeling of lack of maintenance. The treatment was good and the afternoon tea was nice.

There was one side of the skirting boards that was not cleaned at all. Mould
It’s like the cleaner made their way around and stopped or was distracted.
And the glass top in the lobby on the way to the rooms was layered in dust.

Hotel needs updated beds uncomfortable room tiny . Bathroom small . Got locked in the toilet in changing room my friend had to pick the lock to get me out . Food was amazing . More staff needed in the bar .loved the hydrotherapy pool outside as I suffer with fibromyalgia it really helped my pain relief which was lovely I struggled with the stairs going to the room as registered disabled . Carpet on stairs where not secure safely. Nearly feel going up the stairs .
