The hotel was a let down, misunderstandings, treatments were average but not great. Food was great . But the cleanliness was an issue. Our blind in the room had dozens of dead bugs on it. Spiders in the lounge squashed on the wall, and huge cobwebs on the big light fitting as you come into the hall.
The toiletries were mass produced Chinese budget products and yet they sell great products in the spa. Why not find a middle ground ? The view from our room was an eye sore.

I had a really good spa day, treatment and afternoon tea. All the staff were vwry friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.
The facial was great, relaxing.
The only thing I have to complain about is the showers. The pressure was very low and water was luke warm

Perfect from start to finish. Warm welcome and free room upgrade on arrival, efficient drinks service whilst enjoying the spa, including the outside area. Beautiful evening meal and breakfast included. Didn't have a coin for a locker and a staff member ran out to his car for us to borrow one. Absolute first class service and will return
