My facial with Vivian was lovely, really relaxing and the pressure good on neck and shoulder massage. She was very friendly and made it a good experience.
Hairdryers in changing room could do with an upgrade, took ages to dry my hair.

There was a power outage at the venue, leaving it without electricity. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this in advance, so we made a three-hour trip only to find that none of the facilities were operational, including the gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and lighting.
It was extremely disappointing that we were not contacted beforehand, as this would have saved us a wasted journey.

We had breakfast the electric went off which can not be helped but when I asked for a coffee afterwards he brought a takeaway coffee cup. The room was small hairdresser was very slow
