Lovely hotel/spa,great friendly welcome. Relaxation the main menu, indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Outside areas to sit,relax with a drink, outdoor jacuzzi/pool. The waiters/bartenders in the restaurant go above and beyond to ensure great service. Reception attentive, hardworking ensuring your experience is seamless, approachable, efficient. Room basic low ceiling, portable aircon needed!Jennifer's swedish massage outstanding! Food good value, recommend steak,sticky toffee pudding delicious!

The place was nicely decorated. However, I had a trainee therapist and was not told she was a student. Thus, it was not good as she had no idea what she was doing. There was lots of noise throughout the night which impacted on my quality of sleep. The dinner tasted terrible but the waiter was lovely and professional. The dog in the restaurant was a put off. Overall the experience was terrible.

The hotel was pleasant enough. However, on our first full day the Sauna, inside and outside jacuzzi did not work - with no explanation. The saving grace was my massage. It was to die for. I would still like to know why we had no explanation as to why the jacuzzi's were out of action. Will go back as the staff were polite and attentive.

The venue was ok but the changing rooms were very shabby and the towels too small. Very good facilities i.e the pool, gym and spa were excellent. Massage was very good too.Tea in the dining room was nice but could have been cleaner (cobwebs hanging).
