This was my first treatment here but I was impressed. The therapist was considerate of a health issue I had and I felt wonderful relaxed after. There was no hard sell of products after which was a welcome change to some other spas I’d been to previously

Such a beautiful spa/hotel, however I didn't realise it was unisex changing rooms so initally I felt a little uncomfortable.
The swimming pool and steam room was great. The sauna wasn't hot enough. Loved the Jacuzzi. The massage was great too and highly recommend the Indian head and back massage.
We had lunch with our package and the starter (soup) was the best I ever had!! I did like the fish and chips too but found the Haddock quite salty. Overall 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I felt rushed in having my massage. I did not have time to check into my room for the overnight stay. I was rushed off to have the massage.
Also the check in time was 3pm onwards and booked the spa experience based on the time however I later got an email to say my massage is booked for 3pm and my daughter for 4pm. Which I felt was mixed messaging.
