Reception check in excellent, spa and staff excellent. Restaurant service needs looking at, never do you go anywhere and order drinks, and food at the same time, this wasn't good.
Then at evening dinner we were told we had a two course prebooked meal, we didn't but wrong info doesn't help. Then getting the bill to sign to put on our room, after 40 minutes we decided to stand and leave, did pay though as added to the room

Therapist and therapy room was brilliant. Outside pool was lovely.
The change rooms were very dated and stained and extremely hot. The indoor pool area air was too hot and suffocating. The change area did get flooded!
The receptionist doing the booking (Jay) was not very professional
