The venue had altered the original booking. I booked for a facial and my husband booked completely separately for a massage. The venue combined our bookings based on our same surname, and when we arrived, we were called through to a double room for a couples massage. When we explained the issue, they could not do separate treatments in different rooms but they could still do a facial for me. This was fine for us but wouldn’t be if we weren’t a couple! The treatment I received though was great.

We booked one night spa experience. Highly recommend Guildford manor.. Jay the manager was really helpful with our booking nd changes. Very informative on our arrival nd check in. We enjoyed the use of the lovely facilities the pool, sauna nd jacuzzi before our treatment. Definitely recommend the Swedish massage. Really professional nd invigorating. Waited for our afternoon tea .. amazing staff Mo & Elliott made our experience memorable .. we had veg option tea which was delicious.

Absolutely terrible experience! This place is more like a bar than a spa. My husband and I are newlyweds and decided to take a relaxing spa break and ended up checking out at midnight and never completed our stay. The indoor and outdoor jacuzzi were packed toe to toe with drunk individuals from 8am to 9pm literally 'plastered' individuals. Risk of drink drowning, rowdy crowds & I was told "this isn't a Muslim environment & this is what we do" by hotel management. Disgusting attitude!!
