The beds used for massage were really dreadful… really shabby and workout to the point the foam was really visible Yes it was covered with a towel but it couldn’t be cleaned as the leather was so shredded. Beds by the pool were dreadful.. broke and dirty. The hot tub was so full of chlorine my eyes were stinging.. The water was dirty.. We certainly won’t return and would definitely not recommend. The bedroom was freezing.. no toiletries or hand soap ..only one towel no hand towel.

It was very basic, doesn’t worth the money lovely Spanish lady but unfortunately poor English. I have been to different places and I had a better experience compare to this one. No complementary tea, very basic.

The greeting at the hotel was non existent, pretty poor for both hotel spa experience. The spa was tired and my massage bed had cracked plastic covers. Overall feeling was it was tired and a second thought to the hotel. Therapist was lovely but wouldn’t book a return.
