The spa facilities were good. In the room, no decaf coffee was available and the shower was very weak.

The treatment & afternoon tea was lovely. The spa facilities were good and in good weather the outside areas would be nice to relax in. The changing rooms really let down the experience down. They are dated and uncomfortable. Shame they did not reflect the rest of the hotel. Needs a refurb to be more spa like and not unisex

Swedish Massage:
Was a very good massage but there could have been more oil and products. She was gentle with me.
Pro Radiance Facial:
Plenty of oil and she got rid of my dry skin but hasn't lasted as long as it should.
