If I have one negative thing to say it would be that there were far too many people using the facilities and nit enough space. There really should be number control. As a result we didn't use the pool sauna or any of those facilities. The afternoon tea was good and the breakfast was fabulous. Rooms are nice and our shower was lovely. Could provide nicer body wash and shampoo.

Save your self the money and do not go here!!!
We asked for females therapist for a massage and got given male even though we have the email proof. The men who massaged us weren't in uniform and no name badge! Didn't read our constitution sheet and the people before us sheets were still out with there personal information!! Treatment beds were not cleaned down from people before. The men who gave us our massage were then serving dinner and behind the bar in same uniform after!! Disgusting!!!

The spa reception area seemed a little rough around the edges. There was nobody to greet me or instruct me in the spa area. I filled out the massage form lying on the table but the masseuse didn't read it. There were some lanterns on the stairs, that probably would have given the space a nice atmosphere, but only a few had candles, all a bit dusty, and none of them lit. It felt like there had once been a concept to make the place nice but nobody could be bothered to keep it up.

The therapist seemed to be inexperienced. One repetitive technique was used during Swedish massage on the back that was monotonous and uncomfortable. Indian massage (head and shoulders) contained the same repetitive technique on the shoulders as with the Swedish massage. Head massage felt more pulling hair than feeling soothing (lot of hair was pulled out); quite unpleasant. Although back to back sessions, was requested to leave the room in between and come back due to therapist’s confusion.
