Lovely friendly staff. The welcome was really good and made us feel great.Food was good! Facilities were good, however, we did feel a bit of tlc is needed in the change rooms. The whole experience was great!

I was booked in with a different therapist and when i came, I was greeted by a male therapist. I do believe you should be told this in advance as this did leave me a little uncomfortable and unable to express this. The therapist was professional don't get me wrong, just my personal preference would be for a female due to having a full body massage. I couldn't relax fully.

All looked good on the internet and despite it being very expensive and we had to prepay it was not good at all. We got a bathrobe upon arrival with holes in it. No flipflops and we walked around bare feet. The treatments we booked were mkt up to standard. Not that they did not try but the quality wa s poor. Very little effort went into it.

The atmosphere and staff were excellent especially my therapist Zara and the lead waiter in the restaurant he was wearing a blue shirt and slightly older gentleman from Morocco. I wanted to tip him personally but had no cash on me. He exceeded both me and my boyfriend's expectations in his service. The only thing I would say is the maintenance around the building. There was a lot of dead bugs and dust/cobwebs in hallways, lobby's and the pool areas.
