What a wonderful place to stay in. Hotel was fantastic and the grounds are absolutely stunning. Had the most amazing experience from dining to spa treatment. Would certainly recommend this hotel

The customer service here is terrible. I was miss sold a service which I booked in advance and turns out they do not offer. I was not informed of this at start or end of my treatment but it was clear I did not receive what I paid for. I raised this with the staff on the day and called many times afterwards to get some form of refund. No body ever called me back but I can see they removed some treatments from the website. I raised two complaints since and no body is responding. Bad experience.
