Massage wasn’t relaxing & forceful. Worst I’ve ever had. Disappointing.
Spa area had tables & chairs everywhere. Not very inviting.
Treatment room was next door to someone’s bedroom, dirty, towels were old and music kept cutting out like it was playing on an old hifi.
Needs an urgent revamp and staff to go on a training course.

A great facial with Zahira . We were able to agree the products beforehand, as I have a Truffle Allergy, they were really helpful.
Likewise as I was heading to a wedding they were helpful not getting oils in my hair.
Would recommend and go there again.

The changing area was very tired and run down and the showers had only one little spout which spat out water I gave up. The whole room smelt of damp and sewage. The outdoor spa was the highlight but perhaps the building works is why it smelt of sewage outside too. Disappointing birthday treat.
