The Manor hotel is very nice with beautiful plants indoors and gorgeous gardens - can't wait to visit again in the summer.
The spa area is pleasant, warm and easy to use but the changing rooms really need to be kept cleaner with more frequent sweeping to keep the floors drier.
Our lunch was delicious and the staff very friendly.

I booked a particular room as I've been going there twice a year for 6 years however they had booked that room out to someone else. The room they put me in was half the size not the full package I paid for. The toilet didn't flush and no hot water for a shower. When I complained I was told the manager would speak to me and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Absolutely disgraceful

As a Spa hotel the treatment area / rooms are very basic and small. The treatment by thevtherapists was good and enjoyable ie relaxing as they should be.
