Not good at all. The products smelt awful, like out of date or cheap products were being used. The towels were damp, and very old. Half of the 50 min facial I was just sat there. Would not recommend, would not go back.

The massages were disappointing. We were not made aware one of us would have a male therapist. Who was also unwell. The selling point was the outside hot tub and that is all.

Had a wonderful relaxing modded off when I had my facial so that was good .loved all the facilities and food was very . Staff were helpful can't find any negatives want to come again 😆
