It was ok, we had a small room, the spa was really busy and the massage was ok. But everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Food and drink were a good standard and they let us check in early.

1. BATHROOM NO HAND SHOWER KNOB CANT USE HAND SHOWER ESP DIFF FOR LADIES
2. DIRTY SHOWER TRAY
3. ROOM COBWEBS
4. IRON NOT WORKING
6. No. ROOM PHONE TO PHONE RECEPTION
7. BED MATTRESS FLOPPY SINKING IN WHEN LYING ON IT
8. TOWELS ONLY 1 OF EACH OF 2 SIZES…not good for 2 sharing occupants

We had a lovely spa afternoon. The staff were attentive and friendly, and we enjoyed our treatments - very relaxing. The facilities were good, plenty to choose from indoors and outdoors. It was pretty quiet on the day we went (during the summer holidays). The afternoon tea was very tasty and again, nice and quiet throughout. Overall a recommendation from us!
